Account and login
I forgot my panel password. Click Recover password on the login page and enter your username and the email address of your account. See Logging in.
How do I protect my account better? Use a long unique password and switch on two-factor authentication. Check Last Access on the Dashboard now and then.
What is the difference between my panel password and my mailbox password? The panel password is for the panel, the main FTP/SSH login and the main MySQL user. Each mailbox has its own password, set in Email Accounts.
Domains and DNS
How do I point my domain to this hosting? Set the domain’s nameservers at your registrar to the ones shown on the Dashboard, or, if you keep DNS elsewhere, create an A record to the server IP. See Domains.
How long do DNS changes take? Usually minutes to a few hours, sometimes up to 24–48 hours, depending on the TTL of the old records.
How do I add another website? Add it as an addon domain, or create a subdomain.
How do I get HTTPS? Install a free certificate in AutoSSL once the domain points to the server.
Files and websites
Where do I upload my website? Into public_html for the main domain, or into the folder of the addon domain/subdomain. Use the File Manager or FTP.
How do I install WordPress? Use WordPress Manager or Scripts.
How do I change the PHP version? In the PHP Selector. PHP settings such as memory or upload size are in Edit php.ini.
My disk is full — what uses the space? Open Disk Usage. Old backups, the trash and large mailboxes are the usual suspects.
How do I set up email on my phone? Use the settings shown in Email Accounts → Manual Settings: your full email address as username, IMAP port 993 and SMTP port 465 with SSL/TLS.
Can I use Gmail / Outlook / Google Workspace with my domain? Yes. Change the MX records in the DNS Zone Editor and set Email Routing to Remote.
How do I set an out-of-office reply? With an Autoresponder.
Backups
Are my files backed up? You can create backups yourself and schedule automatic ones in Backup and Restore. Your provider may also keep server backups — ask them how long they are kept.
How do I move my site from another host? Upload the files to the right folder, create a database in MySQL Manager, import the .sql file with phpMyAdmin, update the site’s configuration file with the new database details, then point the domain to this server.
