Tomcat Manager lets you deploy Java web applications (WAR files and JSP sites) on Apache Tomcat and connect them to your domains.
Where to find it: Domains → Tomcat Manager.
Note: Your hosting provider must install the CWP Tomcat engine and at least one Tomcat version and enable it for your account. If you see Tomcat Manager not available, please contact admin for more information or Tomcat server not running, contact your provider.
Deploy an application
- Click Deploy new application.
- Bind domain or subdomain: choose where the application is published.
- Choose the Deployment type:
• Upload WAR file — click Browse for WAR file and upload the.warfile from your computer.
• WAR or Directory path — select a.warfile or an unpacked application folder that is already in your account. - Optional: an XML Configuration file URL if your application needs a custom context configuration.
- Click Save.
The application appears in the Tomcat application list and starts automatically.
