Staff and security, the client area and themes, reports, moving from WHMCS and updates.
Staff, roles and security
Every staff member has their own login and a role. The role decides what they may do and which ticket departments they see. All important actions are written to the audit log, and a security monitor watches for attacks.
Client area, themes and languages
The client area is the part of the billing your customers see: the store, their services, invoices, domains and tickets, the knowledgebase and the status page. You can give it your own look with a theme, use it in 9 languages, and run several brands from one installation.
Reports
Reports show income, recurring revenue, payments per gateway and product, and support statistics. The accounting export gives your accountant one month of invoices, payments and credit notes.
Moving from WHMCS
CWP Billing imports a WHMCS 7.x or 8.x database. Clients keep their passwords, and IDs, invoice numbers and ticket numbers stay the same. WHMCS is only read, never changed. You can import as often as you like: do a test import, check everything, then do the final import on the day you switch.
Updating
New versions of CWP Billing are free while your license is active. The admin area shows when a new version is available.
